Welcome to Bourdenis Travel & Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website ([Insert Website URL]) and the booking of our transportation, transfer, and tour services across Athens and Greece. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Accuracy of Information: When making a booking, you must provide accurate details, including passenger names, contact information, pickup/drop-off locations, flight numbers, and dates. We are not responsible for missed transfers due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or booking voucher from Bourdenis Travel & Solutions.
  • Vehicle Assignment: We operate a fleet of mini-buses. The specific vehicle assigned to your transfer or tour will depend on availability and the size of your group.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable Greek taxes (VAT), unless stated otherwise.
  • Inclusions/Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation, tour prices do not include entrance fees to archaeological sites, museums, meals, or gratuities. Transfer prices include fuel, tolls, and driver fees.
  • Payment Terms: “A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due to the driver in cash/card on the day of the service” OR “Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online gateway.”

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service time will receive a full refund [minus any transaction fees].
  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a 0% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time are non-refundable.
  • Flight/Ferry Delays: If your arrival is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. We track flights and will do our best to accommodate delays, but excessive delays may require rescheduling or result in cancellation if a vehicle is no longer available.

4. Passenger Responsibilities and Conduct

  • Luggage: Each passenger is typically allowed one large suitcase and one carry-on. If you have oversized or excess luggage (e.g., wheelchairs, sports equipment), you must notify us at the time of booking so we can assign an appropriate mini-bus.
  • Child Seats: Under Greek law, children must use appropriate child seats. Please request child seats during the booking process, specifying the age and weight of the child.
  • Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a danger to the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle.
  • Food, Drink, and Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and consuming alcohol or messy foods inside the mini-buses is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability and Force Majeure

  • Delays: Bourdenis Travel & Solutions aims to get you to your destination safely and on time. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe traffic congestion, road closures, extreme weather conditions, or strikes.
  • Missed Connections: We are not responsible for missed flights, ferries, or trains due to unforeseen delays on the road. We advise booking pickup times that allow ample buffer time.
  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in our vehicles. If you believe you have left something behind, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to locate and return it to you (shipping costs to be covered by the customer).

6. Modifications to Itineraries

For tours, Bourdenis Travel & Solutions reserves the right to modify the itinerary or route due to unexpected site closures, traffic conditions, or weather. We will always strive to provide a comparable alternative.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
